I offer privates, semi-privates, and group classes. Privates are one-on-one sessions and the best way to meet your individual goals. Semi-privates are sessions with you and a partner or two. They’re cost effective while still focusing on your specific needs. It is strongly recommended that you and your partner(s) are at a similar level. Group classes are a great way to save money, stay motivated, and increase your fitness level.
All of my services are available in-person and/or virtually. I can also help you build a great home workout space that won’t take over your living room or cost a fortune.
